Fillings - Choice of two: ground beef, chicken tinga, green chile chicken, pork carnitas, sweet potato (vg), or garlic seasoned zucchini and yellow squash (vg); substitute any of the fillings for diced grilled flank steak or beef brisket (+1)
Fixin's - Flour or corn tortillas, shredded jack cheese, lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, salsa verde, salsa tomate, chips, Tex Mex rice, and your choice of refried or black beans
